I've tried this and the driver installed succesfully. I tried testing the camera with Skype. When I choose the Eyetoy as input for sound, it works perfectly. But I can't get the video to work. Other programs like the standard camera application for Windows dont recognize the camera as well. It will complain about the drivers not being signed, but it is golden! I included a small camera test program, which is labeled EyeToy.exe”.

Works for me on Windows 7. Haven’t tried it on Windows 8 yet but in theory it should work.
